Yes. The transcript itself comes from Meet’s native captions (fast, 80+ languages), and MeetingJuice also records the meeting audio so you can listen back. Audio is stored encrypted on Google Cloud, accessible only to you, never used to train AI models, and deleted with the meeting. Free accounts get a 30-second preview and recordings are removed after 30 days; Pro and Team get full playback synced to the transcript, download, and the option to turn recording off. Video is never recorded.

Transcription supports 80+ languages, following Google Meet’s caption language. AI summaries built on top of the transcript can be produced in 15 languages.

No. The Chrome extension transcribes from your browser while you attend — nothing joins the call. You can optionally send the MeetingJuice bot for meetings you can’t attend.
